[Action A - 2238 Stevens Road]
-It was any normal day to begin with... but something had happened that he wasn't expecting. Particularly, receiving a gift that had come in the mail. He didn't know anyone here, and he hadn't paid too much attention to the whole post office experience. Perhaps he should have done so, then he wouldn't be as confused as he was for the rest of the day.-
[Action B]
-Later on in the day, after his normal work hours, he can be found at the park. Calmly sitting on a bench, and staring rather intensely at the object in his hand. He's rather uncertain as to why he received his dog tags in the mail, and is trying to figure out just how the city works. Maybe someone should perhaps, break that train of thought.-

He was overly suspicious of the new police chief position, and had wanted nothing to do with it. For now, he would bide his time.-

-Charlie can be found at the park... he actually seems to be reading some of the books from the library, as he's curious about the town and its history that it has to offer. It may be a task that leads him no where... in fact, while most books seem repetitive, he ignores such things and continues to read. Do you see him? Go for it... bother him and see what happens.-
